What time do doors open for events?
The opening times vary according to the nature of the event and preference of the promoter/artist. Typically times are as follows:

• Regular season Mississippi Riverkings games, doors open 60 minutes before the start of the game.
• Family shows, including the circus, ice shows and character shows, doors open 60 minutes before show time.
• Concerts generally open doors 60 minutes before show time.

The time doors open may vary depending on the event.

Where do I park when I come to Landers Center?
 Landers Center has over 1300 parking spots on site. If you are attending a sporting event, concert or family event you may park on either the east or west side of the building. If you are attending a Convention Hall event please park on the West side of the building. Parking is typically $5 for all Arena events.

• West (Main) – Landers Nissan Entrance
• North West – Landers Jeep Entrance
• North East – Landers Dodge Entrance
• South East – Landers Chrysler Entrance

Can I bring a still or video camera to a Landers Center event?

• Still cameras are allowed at all sporting events; however the use of a flash is prohibited during Mississippi Riverking games.
• Family shows, including the circus and ice shows, typically allow still cameras, although there may be restrictions on flash photography.
• Most concerts prohibit all forms of recording devices, including still cameras.

What is Landers Center's stroller policy? 

• Guests are welcome to bring their children in strollers.  However, we do require that guests not sitting in a suite check their stroller in at Guest Relations, located behind sections 110/111
• Guests sitting in suites are allowed to keep their strollers, but must store them in their suite during the event.

Is there seating for disabled guests?
Landers Center has numerous seating options for disabled and accessible seating needs guests. Contact Landers Center Box Office for more information concerning accessible seating availability and pricing.

Is there a Lost and Found area at the Landers Center?

• During events, the Guest Services Booth serves as lost and found.
• After events, please call the box office at 662-470-2131 for lost and found.

What is Landers Center’s smoking policy?
Landers Center is a smoke-free facility. There are designated outdoor smoking locations. Any Landers Center team member will be able to direct you to the nearest location. Smoking sections are located outside Section 105 and adjacent to the Landers Chrysler Entrance.

What security/crowd management procedures are in place to ensure the safety of Landers Center patrons?
Landers Center utilizes security staff and police officers in and around the facility, as well as video technology to enhance the safety and security of our guests, clients, and employees. The arena is staffed to meet the needs of the crowd as well as the requirements of the client.

Outside food/drink are not allowed in Landers Center. However, there are a wide variety of food and drink options available to guests once inside.

Who are the Mississippi RiverKings?

The RiverKings are a professional minor league ice hockey team that plays in the Southern Professional Hockey League. 

The RiverKings have been the primary tenant for Landers Center since the building opened in 2000 and are the oldest continuously operating professional sports franchise in the Memphis metropolitan area.
