Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticketing company for Landers Center. Tickets purchased from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (Craigslist, Ebay, Scalper, Stub Hub or any other resale website) may be counterfeit or invalid. Landers Center is not required to honor any tickets purchased through unauthorized parties.
When in doubt of a website’s validity, customers can check the artist’s website for a link to the correct webpage or call Landers Center Box Office at 662-470-2131.

Pre-purchased tickets through Ticketmaster may be picked up at any Landers Center Box Office window. Customers must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets in order to receive them.
Tickets left by artists or other guests are only available to be picked up at the main box office located inside the Nissan Entrance on the west side of the building.
Anyone wishing to leave tickets at our box office for another party to claim may do so for a $5.00 charge. This fee is waived for both Mississippi RiverKings and Memphis Hustle games.
*VIP packages pickup locations vary by event but are usually distributed somewhere within the Nissan Entrance on the west side of the building.
If you selected ‘mobile entry’ from Ticketmaster as your delivery method, make sure to bookmark My Ticketmaster or My Account Manager in your mobile browser or download the Ticketmaster iPhone or Android app. You can also add your tickets to either your Apple or Google wallet.
Tickets from non-authorized third party sources will NOT be allowed entry via a mobile device. Print-at-home ticket PDFs displayed on a mobile device will NOT be accepted as a form of entry.
Re-entry is not allowed at any event held at the Landers Center. For certain situations such as medical needs, re-entry may be approved by the Guest Services supervisor at the door. Smoking section is located outside of Section 106.
There are no refunds or exchanges offered for any tickets purchased for Landers Center concerts, games, or events.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, please contact your original point of purchase. Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, either online or via phone, will be automatically credited to the original method of payment. Tickets purchased at Landers Center Box Office can be refunded beginning at 10am on the next business day.
Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster may be transferred to another person. You must log in to your Ticketmaster.com account and transfer the tickets to their email address. Whoever you are transferring them to must accept the transfer before the scheduled event start time in order to use the tickets.
Transfer is not used to print your tickets or to have them left in will call. Transfer should only be used to give your tickets to someone else.
Note: Not all events allow tickets to be transferred.
The opening times vary depending on the preferences of the event promotors or artists.
Typically, the doors open 60 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time of the event.
