Landers Center follows accessibility guidelines for guests with limited mobility or in a wheelchair. An elevator is available to assist with access to designated seating locations for those with disabilities or needing wheelchair space. Guests who require the use of an elevator should park on the West side and enter the arena at the Nissan entrance. Guests must bring their own wheelchairs.
Please contact Landers Center box office for more information concerning accessible seating locations, availability, and pricing at 662-470-2131. Box Office staff cannot sell tickets over the phone, but can help advise on which seats best fit each guest's specific needs.

- Still cameras are allowed; however the use of a flash is prohibited.
- Most concerts and family shows prohibit all forms of recording devices, including still cameras.

Landers Center is a cashless venue.
We always strive to improve your guest experience, and our efforts to be a cashless venue allow us to improve the speed of service at our concession stands and other interaction points at the Landers Center.
The following methods of payment are accepted:

- Samsung Pay
In the interest of public safety, Landers Center has implemented a clear bag policy that limits the size and types of bags that may be brought into the venue. The fastest way to enter Landers Center is to not bring a bag at all. Clear or no bags grant guests access to our Express Lane. Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" will be searched upon entry.
- All clear bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" are permissible (backpacks, drawstring bags, fanny packs, etc.)
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bags or similar).
- Small "clutch" purses, no larger than 4 1/2" x 6 1/2", with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue in addition to the approved clear plastic bags.
- Working personnel, including accredited news media, will continue to enter through designated entrances where they will be subject to screening and bag inspections of the same manner as in the past.
- An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.
Bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12", including purses larger than a clutch bag, briefcases, duffel bags, cooler bags, backpacks, binocular/camera bags/cases and rolling luggage, will continue to be prohibited inside of Landers Center.
Small and compact umbrellas are permitted inside Landers Center.
Landers Center is committed to exceeding the expectations of every guest by delivering the best sports and entertainment experience with quality guest service while creating a safe, comfortable experience for all fans.
Landers Center is committed to providing an environment free from the following:
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature
- Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior
- Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
- Interference of the progress of the event presentation, performance or game
- Failing to follow instructions of arena personnel
- Smoking, except in designated areas
- Guests entering or attempting to enter restricted areas without proper authorization or credentials
- Banners or signs that obstruct the view of guests, obscure advertising, contain objectionable subject matter or are commercial in nature. Landers Center reserves the right to remove any banner/ sign at any time.
Landers Center staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where patrons, their guests and other fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event patrons who violate these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund. Landers Center thanks you for adhering to our Fan Code of Conduct.

Landers Center utilizes security staff and police officers in and around the facility, as well as video technology to enhance the safety and security of our guests, clients, and employees. The arena is staffed to meet the needs of the crowd as well as the requirements of the client.
DFT is a non profit community theatre organization dedicated to providing high quality family-oriented theatre arts opportunities to Desoto and surrounding counties.

The opening times vary according to the nature of the event and preference of the promoter/artist. Typically times are as follows:
- Regular season Memphis Hustle games, doors open 60 minutes before the start of the game.
- Family shows, including ice shows and character shows, doors open 60 minutes before show time.
- Concerts generally open doors 60 minutes before show time.
The time doors open may vary depending on the event.
Certified medical professionals are available at the First Aid station during all events to assist guests with medical needs. In addition, Landers Center is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) found in various locations throughout the facility. Designated employees, including our EMT staff, have been properly trained and certified to use the AED. Guests in need of emergency first aid should contact the nearest Landers Center employee for assistance. The First Aid station is located on the concourse near section 121/122.
Landers Center offers a wide variety of concessions options throughout the facility. Guests are not permitted to bring any food or beverages into Landers Center. Containers such as bottles, cans, thermos bottles or plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety and protection of our guests. Guests with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact our Guest and Premium Services Manager at 662-470-2126 to discuss food options available prior to the event.

A lost and found service is available during events at the Guest Relations Desk located near section 112. Found items can also be turned in here. Articles are kept at the Guest Relations Desk until the end of the event. After the event ends, articles are stored for 15 days in the Box Office located at the Nissan entrance. There are phone charging stations for guests' use located on the West side of the concourse, across from section 105.
For the protection of you and all other guests, the following items are not permitted in Landers Center and cannot be stored by Landers Center personnel:
- Containers, bottles, cans, liquid containers or coolers
- Food
- Backpacks
- Umbrellas, strollers (strollers must be checked in at Guest Services, umbrellas are at the discretion of Landers Center Management)
- Weapons and fireworks
- Poles/Sticks of any kind
- Objects that obstruct another patron’s view
- Horns, whistles, noisemakers
- Animals (except service animals for guests with disabilities)
- Professional Cameras, audio and video recording devices (camera policy subject to change based on event/artist)
- Anything that creates a nuisance or disruption
In compliance with local and state laws, Landers Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, including alternative smoking devices such as electronic and/or vapor, is only permitted in the designated smoking area across from section 105.
Smoking in the arena may result in ejection from an event.
Landers Center does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of flyers or other promotion/advertising materials on the premises unless approved in advance by management.
Guests are allowed to stand during an event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles and on chairs is strictly prohibited.
Landers Center requires all strollers to be checked in at Guest Relations, located on the concourse across Sections 111/112.
Guests sitting in suites are allowed to keep their strollers, but must store them inside the suite closet during the event.
Landers Center is not responsible for any minors who are left unattended at an event. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to use their best judgement when allowing any child to attend an event without adult supervision.
